We've removed the certs Salesforce retired, where the last date to take the exam was August 31, 2026.

We've gotten around to 360ing and Agentforcing all the certification names, so they match what Salesforce calls them today.

Many page loads and interactions are now 5-10x faster. Checklists, exams, and the rest of the app load significantly quicker, which should be especially noticeable on slow connections and older devices.

The practice exams page has been rebuilt. You can now pick your target exam date right there with a calendar and a countdown to the day.

See your average score across your last three full-length exams, how much of the question bank you've gotten right at least once, and how many concepts you've learned. Aim for 80% before you sit the real exam.

Another pass on the questions we ask after you sit a real exam. Filling it out is one of the most useful things you can do for the content.

The activity grid in the streak menu was rendering blank for some people.

On desktop, the concept explainer is now twice as wide as the checklist list, so there is more room to read. The progress and practice column on the right is unchanged.

Your visit streak now follows your local calendar: use the site on consecutive days and the number goes up. The streak menu just says to come back tomorrow. If the number looked stuck at 1, it should update the next time you open the app. Study activity on the heatmap now lands on the same local day.

To help consolidate our effort (and because the checklists get much more use), we removed resource packs. The exam guide has moved to the checklist, and the basic Admin resources now live in the Getting Salesforce Certified as a Complete Beginner guide. Old pack links for certs that have a checklist take you there. We'll keep adding more to the checklist (and new features) instead of maintaining a separate pack page.

After you create an account or subscribe, a dialog invites you to join the Discord community.

When you mark a certification goal passed or failed, we now ask more targeted questions to help us improve that cert's content for everybody.

The shorthand label 'Agentforce' is now 'Agentforce Specialist' so you can tell it apart from the other new Agentforce certifications.

Like, dislike, copy, and bookmark now sit on their own row under the question text. Also hid the top nav while taking an exam.

Official exam details such as length, passing score, and format now live on the study checklist. Open See Exam Info from the Get Practice card.

Opening a concept on the study checklist lets you switch between the explainer, a practice question, and Trailhead without leaving that view.

The third progress row now tracks Questions: how many unique practice questions you have answered correctly at least once out of the certification's full question bank, with an explainer like Concepts. In-progress exam progress moved into the Start, Resume, and Finish button as a subdued (answered/total) count, and the info icons on Concepts and Questions align consistently.

The practice options sheet is easier to scan: consistent controls for session length, question pools, concept status, and topics; a live count of matching questions; and a short summary of your pool choice (for example, questions you have not seen yet).

The study checklist now shows Unseen instead of Unlearned for concepts you have not encountered yet. The label is clearer next to Seen, Learning, and Learned.

Renamed primer to explainer across the study checklist, admin tools, and help copy so the label matches what you are reading.

The header progress count and bar now reflect only the learning states you have visible (learned, learning, seen, unlearned). Hide learned concepts and the totals update so you can focus on what is left.

When you have an active daily visit streak, a compact streak badge sits at the top of the Exams page. Tap it to open a panel with your recent activity calendar, lifetime question and concept totals, and plain-language guidance on when to visit next so you do not lose your streak. If you have certification goals set, target dates stand out on the calendar so you can see how practice lines up with what you are aiming for.

Correct-answer streak messaging now fits phone layouts cleanly so counts and labels stay readable instead of crowding or wrapping awkwardly.

Polished loading, progress, and empty states across practice and exams—including checklist progress and layout stability—so transitions feel smoother and less jumpy as you move around.

Set a target exam date (and timeline) for each certification you are pursuing. Goals appear on your account dashboard so you have a simple, visible commitment to work toward instead of guessing when you want to be ready.

When you open a knowledge article, related terms in the summary and bullet lists stay highlightable. Tap one to dig deeper, then use Back to return to the article you were reading—handy when a definition references another concept you have not memorized yet.

Bottom sheets on phones now size to their content more naturally, the date picker is easier to tap, and the goal form has tighter mobile styling so setting a target feels less cramped.

Correct and incorrect answer notes stay tucked away until you expand them. The explain view stays shorter and easier to scan on first read; open a justification when you want the detail.

You are no longer limited to a fixed set of sizes when starting a practice session. Choose the number of questions that fits the time you have, from a quick drill to a full mock run.

Concepts under an objective are now ordered from most fundamental to most niche. Where possible, we grouped related concepts sequentially. This should make for a much more pleasant experience when studying your way down the list.

For subscribers (including free admin users) clicking 'learn this concept' will update the concept's status from unknown to seen.

Clicking 'Learn this Concept' buttons and opening a concept primer from the study checklist or an exam now feels more responsive, so you can get to the explanation with less waiting.

Study checklist concepts now have a Seen status between Unlearned and Learning. When you answer a related practice question, Cert++ can mark the concept as Seen so it is easier to tell what you have encountered versus what you are actively learning.

We fixed the Stripe checkout prices so they reflect the prices shown on our website. We apologize to anyone who was presented the wrong number at checkout. Lifetime price is 100, not 150 as was previously shown on Stripe.

The exam picker now shows concept progress for your selected certification, and practice progress indicators have been polished so it is easier to see what you have learned and what is still in progress.

Correct answers now get a small celebration animation, question navigation highlights answered questions more clearly, and several practice loading and scrolling details have been smoothed out.

Eliminated unwanted vertical scrolling on mobile devices by using dynamic viewport height (dvh) units. The page now perfectly fits the visible screen area, accounting for mobile browser address bars and navigation UI.

Added a gradient fade at the bottom of animated backgrounds to smoothly transition into the page background. This eliminates harsh lines when using iOS's new transparent address bar design.

Improved the styling of answer options in practice exams. In light mode, options now have a subtle background and shadow for better delineation. The hover/highlight state now features a theme-aligned emerald tint, providing clearer visual feedback for keyboard and mouse navigation.

Introduced organization support for B2B customers. Users can now connect to their organization using their email domain. Organization admins can view and manage their team members through a dedicated admin dashboard.

Users can connect to their organization from their account page. The system automatically matches users to organizations based on their email domain (e.g., users with @accenture.com emails can connect to the Accenture organization).

Organization admins can access a dedicated dashboard at /orgs/[orgId] to view all members, their roles (employee, contractor, or admin), and when they joined the organization.

Added a public profile page for users to view their study activity and progress. Users may opt in to make their profile public to allow others to view their study activity and progress. This is phase 1 of features designed for sharing test information.

Buttons now float at the bottom of the screen on mobile devices, allowing users to easily access them without scrolling.

Clicking the logo in the topbar on the base /exams route now opens the sidebar instead of doing nothing.

Fixed the feedback button on practice exams. The API was receiving a malformed questionId field that combined the exam title with the question ID. Now correctly sending just the question ID as a valid UUID, which aligns with the database schema.

Added interactive heatmap on the Account page showing your study activity over the last 6 months. Hover over any day to see which certifications you studied and how many questions you answered for each.

The check button next to the most recently selected answer now only displays on mobile devices, reducing clutter on desktop while maintaining the convenience on mobile.

Added mouse leave handler that properly resets hover states when the mouse exits an answer, preventing answers from staying highlighted when no longer hovered.

Desktop users now see subtle keyboard shortcut icons inside the Check and Next buttons (Enter and Right Arrow respectively) to educate them about available hotkeys. Icons are hidden on mobile and inline variants for a cleaner experience.
