B2C Solution Architect

The B2C Solution Architect credential is for consultants and architects who design multi-cloud solutions spanning B2C Commerce, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce platform. This is not a deep-dive on any single product. The exam tests your ability to reason across all of them simultaneously: translating business requirements into architectural decisions, choosing the right integration patterns, and resolving the identity problem when a shopper exists in four systems at once. If you are a specialist in one cloud, expect this exam to push you on the others. Budget time to study the integration and data model topics - they are where most candidates get tripped up.

3-Step Path to Passing

  1. 1

Complete the B2C Solution Architect Trailmix

Work through the official trailmix first. It covers all five exam domains and includes the two cert-prep modules that are the closest thing to an official study guide for this exam.
  2. 2

    Attempt Practice Exams

I recommend my own practice exams here at Cert++. This exam rewards cross-cloud reasoning, so practice questions are especially valuable for identifying which cloud relationships you still need to work on.
  3. 3

    Schedule Your Exam
