Platform User Experience Designer
The Salesforce Certified Platform User Experience Designer credential is for anyone who wants to bridge the gap between Salesforce configuration and great user experiences. It covers research methodology, accessibility, human-centered design, declarative tools like Flow and the Lightning App Builder, and the Lightning Design System. This is not a feature-recall exam. It asks you to read a scenario and decide which UX approach, tool, or design principle best solves the problem. If you can think like a designer rather than a configurator, you will do well.
