Level of Detail expressions let you compute values at a specific granularity independent of the visualization. Nested LODs place one LOD expression inside another to perform multi-step calculations, where the inner expression resolves first and the outer expression processes that result. This structure enables complex metrics like finding the maximum order revenue per customer by first calculating revenue at the line level.
