A business analyst uses communication to carry stakeholder needs to the project team, confirm those needs are met at delivery, and break down barriers such as time, attention, expectation, or language between stakeholders and developers. You apply the skill at kickoff, requirements elicitation, stakeholder liaison work, and solution delivery. Communication takes four forms (verbal, nonverbal, written, and visual), and you frame each message to the person in front of you.
