Stakeholder sign-off after priority alignment is the confirmation that competing interests have been ranked into a shared plan the group can support. It exists because work reaches the market only when partners understand why it matters, why they should prioritize it, and how they can help; without that, even strong ideas sit unused. You get that confirmation by forcing real choices among options, resolving leftover friction, and refusing to proceed on a premise the group does not yet believe.
