Stakeholder conflict is what happens when people stop acting as one team and start defending separate agendas about goals, features, or who to serve first. You negotiate toward a plan they can support by using structured decision methods that force a shared ranking, then by getting curious about objections instead of shutting them down. Alignment is built premise by premise; if the group no longer believes the last premise, you go back rather than push a vision they will not stand behind.
