A business analyst aligns Salesforce to a company by matching platform capabilities to that company's strategies, goals, challenges, and current Salesforce usage, then recommending solutions that fit. Salesforce is a customer success platform: one secure cloud system to sell, service, market, analyze, and connect with customers, with relationship data available from desktop or mobile. The recommendation is company-specific: choose the products and Salesforce Suites edition that match size, maturity, complexity, users, budget, and support needs rather than assuming every organization needs the same stack.
