When a flow interview fails after activation, Salesforce sends a detailed error email so someone can see what ran and what went wrong. Recipients are either the user who last modified the flow or the Apex exception email recipients, chosen in Process Automation Settings. That email is the starting point for debugging a failed run: it names the flow version, the failing element, and the data involved.
