An Agentforce Employee agent reaches Lightning Experience and the Salesforce mobile app when you activate it, not by installing a separate channel. Users who already have access then work with it in the Agentforce panel on desktop and in the Salesforce mobile app. This path is for Employee agents only, not Service agents.
