Conditional logic lets an Agentforce agent send a different prompt for each customer situation instead of handing the language model every instruction at once. The agent checks variables that store the current state, picks the matching if/else branch, and forwards only that text. The model then reasons from a short, relevant prompt rather than guessing which rules apply.
