An Employee Agent Slack connection lets employees work with an Agentforce Employee agent in Slack, the same place the team already collaborates. You add the Slack connection in Salesforce, give users access, activate the agent, then finish by installing it in Slack. In Slack the agent still follows each user's Salesforce licenses, permissions, and other access controls.
