Standard agent actions run with the Salesforce identity the agent is using: a logged-in user, a dedicated agent user, or both. You assign that identity the shared permissions many standard actions need so the action can use prompt templates, flows, Apex, Knowledge, and Data 360. Agentforce Employee agents also require each user to be granted access to that specific agent, while users do not need special permissions only to interact with Agentforce Service agents.
