Built-in scorers, and custom ones you add, rate named dimensions such as completeness, coherence, and instruction following, mostly with a judge large language model. After a run, you read the score grid and refine Agentforce Builder or Prompt Builder where the same failures keep showing up.

  • After a test run, results appear in the test suite grid as one row per test case and one column per scorer; select a result to read the reasoning behind that score.
More details and nuances
  • Quality evaluations use fixed judge criteria and are guidance, not an absolute success or failure. A low conciseness score can still be the right amount of context for your customers or brand, so interpret scores against your use case and add instructions if you want different behavior.
