Agent API actions let Flow and Apex start an agent session, send messages, end the session, collect session feedback, or invoke an agent to complete a task automatically. Session management uses the AI Agent API actions in Flow Builder; automatic task completion uses a custom agent invocable action from a flow or from an Apex class that returns the agent's response. Use them on asynchronous paths with a supported running user, Agentforce enabled, and an active agent version.
