Generative AI audit trail and feedback data is the record Salesforce stores in Data 360 so you can see how the Einstein Trust Layer handled each generative AI request and how users reacted to the output. Audit data, also called the audit trail, comes from the LLM Gateway and includes user data such as prompts, the masked text sent to an external large language model (LLM), and the unmasked response shown to the user. Feedback data comes from the Feedback API, does not include user data, and records reactions such as thumbs up or down, accept, regenerate, modify, and decline.
