Knowledge RAG grounding fills a language-model prompt with relevant passages from your organization's indexed knowledge so the model can answer from current, proprietary content instead of only its training data. In Prompt Builder you add a retriever to a prompt template; at run time it searches knowledge indexed in Data 360 and inserts the best matches before the prompt is sent to the model. That is how Agentforce and Einstein generative AI answers draw on knowledge articles, files, emails, chat transcripts, and similar sources without retraining the model.
