Contacts to Multiple Accounts lets you relate one contact to several accounts so you can track a person who works with more than one company without duplicate contact records. You enable it in Account Settings, then add related lists, decide how activities roll up, and optionally customize the Account Contact Relationship object that stores each link. Every contact still has one primary account; extra accounts are indirect relationships.
