A screen flow walks a user through a business process by collecting or displaying information on screens, then using those answers in later steps. You place that flow where people already work, most often a Lightning page or a record-page quick action, and you control whether they can go forward, back, pause, or finish from each screen. Where you put the flow also decides what happens when it ends: a Lightning page starts the flow again from the first screen, while a Flow Quick Action closes the dialog.
