A Knowledge article lifecycle is the publishing cycle an article follows as it is created, assigned, translated, published, archived, and deleted, so teams control what content is live. You create and edit from the Knowledge tab or Article Management tab, then publish so the article appears in the channels you selected. Validation status, visibility settings, and data categories sit alongside that path to show how trusted the content is and who can find it.
