After Salesforce authenticates a user, a login flow can still stand between that person and the org, an Experience Cloud site, or a related client. Administrators attach a Flow Builder screen flow or a Visualforce page to a profile so those users complete extra login steps, such as updating contact details, accepting terms, or proving a second factor. Completing the flow sends them into Salesforce; failing it can log them out immediately.
