The Flow component embeds an active screen flow on a Lightning page so Lightning Experience and Salesforce app users can run it on the page instead of from a custom button or URL. You add it in Lightning App Builder by dragging Flow onto the canvas and choosing which flow to show. On a record page, the component can also pass the current record or its ID into the flow.
