Agent execution context is the Salesforce identity an Agentforce agent uses when it runs actions and reads or writes records. That identity, the logged-in employee, a dedicated agent user, or a logged-in site customer, determines which profile, permissions, field-level security, and sharing rules apply. Context changes by agent type, channel, and, for Service agents, whether credential-based user verification is enabled.
