A Lightning page is a custom layout that you design in Lightning App Builder for Lightning Experience or the Salesforce mobile app. Its template divides the page into regions, and you drop Lightning components into those regions. The template you choose also decides which devices, form factors such as desktop or phone, the page can support and how it looks on each one.
