Screen Flow and Autolaunched Flow (No Trigger) are the two Flow Builder types you pick when a process is not fired by a record change, a schedule, or a platform event. Use a screen flow when a person must walk through screens to enter or see information. Use an Autolaunched flow (No Trigger) when something else starts the automation and it should finish in the background with no user interaction.
