Lightning pages are custom layouts you assemble in Lightning App Builder so users see the right information in Lightning Experience or the Salesforce mobile app. Each page has a type that decides where it can live and how you assign it: an app home, Lightning Home, an object record, or a specialized workspace. You choose the type when you create the page, and you cannot change it later.
