A schedule-triggered flow is an autolaunched flow that starts at a clock time you pick, once, daily, or weekly, and runs in the background with no screens or user clicks. Use it for work that should happen on a calendar cadence rather than when someone creates or updates a record: nightly cleanup, weekly reminders, or the same action on every record that currently matches a filter. Configure the schedule on the Start element; optionally choose an object and conditions so Salesforce starts one interview per matching record and exposes that record as $Record.
